The closest metro area to our workshop
Manukau is one of the closest commercial centres to where we're actually based, which is useful for anything that needs a site visit, a fast turnaround, or an installer back on-site for a second look.
The area's mix of large-format retail, commercial parks and nearby industrial estates (Wiri and East Tamaki are both close by) means a lot of the signage demand here is building identification, pylon and monument signs sized for large sites, and fleet signage for the trade and logistics businesses based in the surrounding industrial areas.
Because it's a metropolitan centre under Auckland's planning framework, Manukau also sees a fair amount of new commercial development — fit-out signage for new premises is a regular job type here.

Signage isn't the only thing that keeps a busy site running safely. We recently re-marked the full staff and customer carpark at Nissan Manukau — numbered bays, accessible parking, pedestrian crossings through the service drive-through, exit arrows and hazard striping around pillars and bollards. It's the kind of job that often comes up alongside signage for dealerships, retail sites and commercial premises around Manukau, where a lot of daily foot and vehicle traffic needs clear, obvious wayfinding.
